Charles E. Joern was very influential in the development of La Grange Park. From the Village Market to the Homestead Apartments to single family homes, his firm left its mark on the Village. Unfortunately, there are only limited records available of the homes and when they were built. That is a why a few residents who are dedicated to maintaining the history of La Grange Park, are looking for YOUR help. They are trying to identify Joern homes and create a master registry.
