Nicor Gas, with its contractor KS Energy, is conducting improvements to modernize its aging natural gas infrastructure in La Grange Park. Construction for this project is now underway in certain areas of East 31st Street, Beach Avenue, Garfield Avenue, Kemman Avenue, Newberry Avenue, and Oak Avenue. Impacted areas within the Village include:
- 900 & 1000 E. 31st St.
- 601 – 1030 Beach Ave.
- 905 Garfield Ave.
- 636 – 1030 Kemman Ave.
- 600 – 1029 Newberry Ave.
- 1005 – 1105 Oak Ave.
