Beginning in February 2025, the Village will transition to monthly water billing rather than quarterly. Monthly billing is consistent with standard practices for utilities, making it easier for households to budget and to allow for earlier detection of water leakage.

Monthly Water Billing Transition Schedule
No action is required by customers. However, the Village encourages residents who have not yet done so to sign up for paperless bills and online payments here. Those on auto pay will continue to have their payment automatically deducted for each bill.
