Construction Updates - Week Ending April 22, 2022
Permeable Pavement/Green Infrastructure Intersections: This week, Copenhaver Construction completed installing the new underdrain system and curbs and began installing the bricks at Monroe and Sherwood. Unfortunately, with the rain today, the opening of this intersection is delayed until Monday afternoon. On Monday morning, the contractor will start preparing for the water main improvements at Monroe and Robinhood.
Sewer Point Repair Project: Unique Plumbing completed the underground work and began restoring the roadway this week. Due to these streets being concrete, the new material needs a few days to cure before completely opening for vehicle traffic. Next week, the roads will be open for normal traffic.
