Juan Silva was appointed to the Board in June of 2022. He and his wife moved to La Grange Park in 2005. They enjoyed the Village so much, the purchased their most recent home in 2011 with plenty of space to raise their two children. Juan is the proud co-owner of Beach Avenue BBQ and enjoys sharing his passion for food with the community. He is an engaged volunteer in the area, serving on numerous boards and committees. He is a current member of the Rotary Club of Brookfield/Riverside and serves on the Board of Directors for the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his work as an active business owner, Mr. Silva was a social worker in Chicago, specializing in youth services. Mr. Silva looks forward to the opportunity to serve the community as he feels that it is important to give back and give to others.
