In response to the winter weather advisory for frigid temperatures for the next several days, the Village is offering temporary shelter for residents in need of this service. If you, a family member or neighbor are in need of such assistance, please go to Village Hall (447 N. Catherine Avenue). During normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00), the Village Hall lobby will be open and a staff member will assist you. After hours, please use the red call box in the main entrance foyer to contact our local dispatch center (LTACC). An officer will respond to provide further assistance

If you have family members that live in other communities, you may wish to contact their local police departments, who can assist you in identifying nearby warming centers. Click here for a list of warming shelters in Cook County.
